Current ASA Priorities

In addition to the ongoing work of the ASA, the Council has defined a series of priorities for 2009-2010.
These were suggested by the outgoing Council and presented to the 2009 AGM.

Initiate a project to document the history of the ASA
Define a 'Code of Ethics' for ASA members
Provide information and advice to students to help them enhance their career prospects
Consider launching an electronic newsletter, perhaps in conjunction with the AIP
Improve the archiving of ASA records
